~ What is PTO doing with funds? ~

The Canyon Ridge PTO holds many events throughout the year to raise funds for different needs at school. This year we are helping to start a Book Room that each teacher as well as every student can benefit from at Canyon Ridge. The Book Room will provide teachers access to a variety of books in an effort to accommodate our students’ wide range of reading levels. PTO is so excited to be able to assist in funding the Book Room.

PTO also funds requests from teachers. We assist teachers with the funds needed to help in a variety of ways. One example is that PTO purchased owl pellets for the first grade. The students loved learning about owls through this “hands on” event.

PTO continues to be successful thanks to our generous parents at Canyon Ridge. We couldn’t do it without your continued support. We invite you to come to our meetings to find out more about the amazing ways we are helping Canyon Ridge remain successful thanks to your donations of time and money.
